Mr. Kulenica brings a unique level of talent to the Prosperous Agency. Ervin has over 20+ years of engineering experience. As an Engineer he has extensive experience of building technical content, project management, completeness, and documentation of engineering requirements; estimates, monitoring and control of construction costs; and coordinating engineering requirements with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
He interprets local jurisdiction building codes and requirements to help our clients understand building code issues and violations. Ervin analyzes market trends, conditions and accurately advice clients to develop competitive market proposals.
He employs customer satisfaction and follows-up effectively. Ervin help our clients by marketing their properties and guide them through the buying process. His skills include: Negotiation and mediation, contract agreement and execution, financial consultation, land and property evaluation, title search.
